Day 10

Update:

Our team grew to 34 volunteers today as we were joined by the St Maarten Youth Brigade to assist in loading the vehicles in preparation for distribution. After loading up the trucks and vans, we sent a small team to inventory our food supplies donated to K1 Britannia Foundation in preparation for distribution in the following days. The rest of the K1 Britannia Foundation volunteers assisted the Dutch Marines and Government representatives with the distribution of food and water that was coordinated by the Ministry of Public Health, Social Development & Labor to both the St Peters distribution point and Middle Region. One thousand people in total came out to receive portions of milk, oats, cornflakes, crackers, canned sardines, canned meat and, of course, water.
