The Work, Training, and Social Development (WTSD) program targets at-risk youth, namely young offenders, and teens in the foster care system between the ages of 16 and 18 to aid in the transition to productive, independent living. The program’s key areas of focus are education, volunteerism, job placement, independent living workshops (budgeting, rental contracts, etc.), work-ready workshops and more.

This program is for 16-18-year-old youth who are transitioning out of the justice system (either young offenders or those who have grown up in Foster Care). It is designed to target the key areas such as education, job experience, independent living training, etc. to help give them the tools and training they need to be prepared for adult life and to become productive members of society.
